Many business fail not because they were bad ideas or they were not managed well. Even with all the resources (phisical, financial, human, technology, etc.), a business can still fail, and we have seem many of them, haven't we? Some people would have all the machinery needed, and good people with the right skill, but failure would still be eminent.

Start a business is a mammoth of a task, whether its profit making or non-profit enterprise. I was talking to one of my colleagues few days ago, we were looking at the small business landscape in Rustenburg, and he mentioned that many people want to make business seem like a difficult thing, but in his opinion business is simple. To which I replied, business is a complex endeavour, but on the other hand entrepreneurship is easy since it relies on one's creativity and intuition.

Establishing a community group can be as easy as gathering under the tree and vote people into posimtions. But when it come to pushing a mission that leaves lasting impact on the community, that's a different ball-game. An organization is derived from the word organize which according to merriam-webster.com, "to form into a coherent unity or functioning whole"; so an organization has to be a an organized group of people.
